During peak seasons, processing may extend to 5-7 business days. Order cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Beyond this period, your furniture enters our specialized treatment phase and cannot be canceled—though our generous return window provides ample flexibility for outdoor living considerations.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee our outdoor furniture's resilience against the elements. You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery (significantly extended from industry standards to accommodate outdoor setup considerations). For exchanges, we allow 45 days to account for international shipping delays common with premium outdoor materials. Initiate returns through www.lcafoutdoor.com and select your preferred resolution. Please note: Custom-sized furniture and seasonal clearance items marked "Final Sale" are excluded from returns, as are opened weather-protective packaging.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our outdoor durability standards, returns must: (1) Show no exposure to weather elements, ground stains, or assembly marks (2) Include all original protective packaging including LCAF Outdoor weatherproof covers (3) Retain all hardware and assembly components in sealed condition. Our quality team performs comprehensive inspections upon receipt, focusing on weather resistance and structural integrity. Items failing inspection will be returned at your expense within 14 business days with a detailed condition analysis report.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return—this extended duration accounts for our specialized outdoor furniture verification process, including weather resistance testing and structural assessment. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and any return transportation charges. For payments processed through PayPal or credit cards, additional 3-5 banking days may apply before funds reflect in your account, particularly for international transactions common in outdoor furniture shipping.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error (incorrect/damaged item). We strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping methods—LCAF Outdoor cannot assume liability for return packages lost in transit, especially given the bulky nature of outdoor furniture.     Damaged/Defective Items

    Custom-configured outdoor sets and weather-treated specialty pieces are considered final sale. For holiday season purchases (November 1 - December 31), the return window extends to January 31 of the following year. LCAF Outdoor reserves the right to decline returns from customers demonstrating excessive return patterns (exceeding 35% of total orders) to maintain sustainable business practices.
